Overview
Hiring PRN Behavioral Therapist’s with a flexible schedule to suit your needs!
We are looking for a Behavioral Therapist to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.
Responsibilities
Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling and support services for a mixed caseload.
Assist with the development of treatment plans, conduct individual and family assessments, and consult with attending psychiatrist or medical director concerning treatment plan and plan of care.
Document interventions, provide referrals to outside resources, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team.
Report to and be accountable to the Director of Social Services.
Other essential functions as determined by the department.
Qualifications
Master’s in Social Work with independent licensure in LICSW or LMFT with supervision ability preferred. LPC and LGSW’s will also be considered. Current BLS certification required. Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
Required Licenses/Certifications: State-licensed as required in the state where the facility resides.
