The Opportunity
Ulteig is seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Intern to join our Helpdesk team. This internship offers hands‑on experience supporting IT infrastructure in a dynamic business environment. You'll play an essential role in resolving technical issues, assisting with system setups, and supporting daily IT operations. This role requires strong analytical thinking, time management, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
Provide first-level support for computer, network, phone, and software issues
Perform logical analysis and troubleshooting for hardware and software problems
Support new computer installations and maintenance of existing systems
Assist with software installation, primarily on the Microsoft Platform
Set up and maintain printers and peripheral devices
Collaborate with Systems Administrators to complete tasks and projects
Perform duties related to file and print sharing across the network

What We Expect from You

Previous Help Desk experience (preferred but not required)
Knowledge of the Microsoft Platform, including Windows XP/7/8.1/10, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012R2, Exchange 2010, Microsoft Office (2010/2013)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); additional software knowledge related to your area of specialization is a plus
Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and time management skills
Must be able to work full‑time during Summer 2026
Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $22-24/hr.
