The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health is currently looking for a Master's Level Therapist/Clinician to join our team of dedicated professionals.

The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health is a 156-bed private behavioral health system located on 13 acres in the Greenville, South Carolina Area. Specializing in psychiatric programs and substance abuse treatments such as detox and rehab, The Carolina Center serves Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and areas throughout South Carolina and western North Carolina. Position Summary
Facilitate therapy groups
Complete psychosocial assessments
Maintain patient, program, department and related documentation
Effectively communicate with patient family or patient social support
Execute effective discharge planning skills
Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
Participate in treatment care planning and help implement treatment care plan
Have substantial knowledge of therapeutic skills and can effectively use these skills to intervene with behavioral health patients
Participate in restraint and seclusion of patients when required
Support hospital Service Excellence standards
Complete annual and other training in a timely manner

Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling or a similar educational degree required. Licensure preferred
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills. Must have strong clinical assessment skills
