Dietary Aide Position Summary
As part of a strong care team, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent service and maintain residents’ health and safety through the food and nutrition program. This role welcomes individuals beginning a career in food services or healthcare and offers growth opportunities, including learning cooking, pursuing a CNA license, or progressing to an Activities professional.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance with meal preparation, serving, and clean‑up; maintain food safety standards; support residents with dietary requirements; collaborate with the nutrition and care teams to ensure each resident’s nutritional needs are met.
