Overview
As a
Registered Dietitian , you will lead the development and implementation of nutrition services that align with the comprehensive care goals of our participants. This role is both strategic and hands-on, involving individual participant care, interdisciplinary team (IDT) collaboration, menu and meal planning oversight, and compliance with all nutrition-related regulations.

Responsibilities
Perform individualized nutrition assessments and participate in care planning as part of the IDT
Deliver and document direct nutrition care, including nutrition counseling, special diets, and interventions per physician orders
Develop and oversee meal programs, including menu design and adherence to dietary needs and safety standards
Act as liaison with food service vendors and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Train, supervise, and support nutrition staff, as well as participate in participant intake and enrollment processes
Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compassionate care are maintained throughout the nutrition program
Job Requirements
Registered Dietitian (RD) with at least 4 years of relevant nutrition services experience
At least 1 year of experience working with elderly or frail populations
Current BLS / First Aid certification (required)
Reliable transportation (home visit readiness may be needed)
Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
Familiarity with state and federal nutrition and kitchen safety regulations (PACE experience preferred)
