Job Title: Licensed Massage Therapist
Equinox is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists who are passionate about helping individuals maximize their potential and who are interested in a multimodal approach to manual therapy, including movement science.
Job Responsibilities
Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110‑minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal and Swedish massages in a professional and comfortable setting.
Analyze client needs and create a programmatic treatment plan.
Ensure that the room is cleaned after each treatment and at the end of each shift.
Remain compliant with all state regulatory boards regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
Qualifications
Valid DC license or equivalent certification.
Ability to generate new business and retain clients by providing treatment programs.
Evening and weekend availability; part‑time and full‑time positions possible.
In‑depth understanding of anatomy and movement in relation to soft tissue manipulation.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and positive energy.
Computer literate.
Ethical conduct.
Pay Transparency
Full‑time practitioners working an average of 20 hours per week per pay period can potentially earn approximately $45,000 – $65,000.
