Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Assistant, located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Medical Assistant will support healthcare professionals by performing administrative and clinical duties. Responsibilities include updating and managing patient medical supplies, assisting with patient care, assisting IV procedures, phlebotomy, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment. The Medical Assistant will work closely with the medical team to ensure a high standard of patient care and service excellence.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Medical Assisting and a strong understanding of Medical Terminology
Experience with Medical Office tasks, such as scheduling and administrative support
Ability to provide excellent Patient Care, ensuring comfort, confidentiality, and professionalism
Experience with maintaining and managing Medical Records
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients and team members
Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred
CPR or First Aid Certification is a plus
