This application is to be considered for the next STNA/CNA class conducted by Vancrest of Van Wert.
CNA classes are offered in house. Hourly pay increases once placed into a full-time or part-time CNA position within the facility. All class requirements and the state test must be successfully completed to maintain employment. Candidates must be willing to accept a 2nd or 3rd shift position (FT or PT) after completing the program.
Responsibilities
The job responsibilities of the Nurse Aide in Training include starting as a Nurse Aide in Training while training to become a nursing assistant, in order to begin a fulfilling career in healthcare. Ensuring that residents\' personal care needs are provided for with an emphasis on quality, compassion, and timeliness.
Ensuring that residents\' medical needs are addressed through the delivery of quality nursing care.

Ensuring that nutritional needs of residents are met in accordance with established care plan.
Performing other related activities as assigned or requested.
