What You'll Do
Greet patients and make them feel welcome
Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
Verify insurance and collect co-pays
Maintain patient accounts and records while protecting privacy (HIPAA)
Support providers and clinical staff with administrative tasks
Keep the front desk and waiting areas organized and welcoming
What We're Looking For
High School graduate or equivalent required, Medical Receptionist Certificate a plus
1+ years of experience medical office receptionist experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
Reliable, professional, positive attitude
Schedule
Open availability required – Part-time including some evenings until 7 PM and rotating weekends (approximately once every 3 weeks).
Mon-Thu 8 AM-7 PM, Fri 8 AM-5 PM, Sat 9 AM-5 PM, Sun 12 PM – 4 PM
