Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: 7am-7pm, Day Shift, Full‑Time (Shift Differential for 2:30pm-7pm)
Department: Med/Surg 3
Location: Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center - NH NHRMC
Sign‑on bonus available up to $2,500 for Full‑Time Roles
What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
Experience: One year preferred. For Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long‑term care or assisted living, required.
Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. Medication Safety – AME, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
