Primary Job Responsibilities
Coordination of care and education of patients during the pre-surgical and post-surgical period
Interact professionally with patient/family and involve them in the formation of the plan of care
Lead in patient assessment and the flow of the clinics
Triage patients for post-surgical complications or wound infections
Communicate appropriately and clearly to charge nurse, manager, co-workers, physicians and all members of the health-care interdisciplinary team
Requirements
Active, valid Washington State or multi-state RN license required by start date
At least 2 years of outpatient or inpatient RN work experience
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $45.59 hourly
Pay Range Maximum: $84.47 hourly
Other Compensation: $1/hour BSN premium
