Shift: Per Diem – Day Shift
Responsibilities
Performs ultrasound examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated ultrasound equipment and taking into account individual patient's special or age‑related needs.
Required Qualifications
Education required to meet certification, license or registration requirements.
Board eligible for certification at the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer (Temporary) and Oregon Sonographer (Or).
Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
Within 180 days of hire: National Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
New graduates must be board eligible and obtain certification (ARDMS) within 6 months of hire.
New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
At least 2 years of OBGYN sonography experience for specific procedure codes.
