Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedics & Manual Therapy)

Cornerstone Physical Therapy is a manual therapy–based outpatient clinic in Spokane, WA, dedicated to delivering personalized, hands‑on care that helps patients move and live better. We are seeking a Physical Therapist with strong outpatient orthopedic experience and a preference for or certification in dry needling to join our collaborative team.
Job Type: Full‑time or Part‑time
Focus: Manual therapy, individualized care, and patient education
Compensation
$38–$48 per hour (DOE – rate commensurate with experience and specialty training)
Comprehensive total compensation package valued at $90,000–$110,000 annually, including benefits such as health insurance, student loan repayment, retirement match, and continuing education support.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Washington State PT license (or eligibility)
1–2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Experience or certification in dry needling highly valued
Passion for manual therapy and quality, one‑on‑one patient care
New grads encouraged to apply — mentorship and manual therapy training provided.
