Summary
Interns will work in a variety of poultry production and live operations positions to become familiar with the various parts of the production process. They will also gain exposure to operation support departments such as Safety and Quality Assurance. Our interns are expected to contribute to our success through innovative ideas and value creation. Based on successful performance and the talent needs of our business, interns may have the opportunity to become full‑time team members.
Requirements
Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with at least one semester of school remaining. Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or other agriculture-related fields are preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
Special Skills: Motivated self‑starter who wants to learn from others; ability to work independently or as part of a team; strong problem‑solving, time‑management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
