Store Manager - Forum Shops at Caesars Palace
This new inline space is the physical manifestation of our brand's identity and personality. As the Store Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by building a dynamic team of brand ambassadors and establishing a space that reflects the intersection of culture and sport. This position will be based at the new location at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, scheduled to open in July.
Job Mission
Retail Store Managers are in charge of staff, operation, and presentation of their New Balance store. They inspire their team and set the tone, consistently demonstrating core values of integrity, teamwork, and total customer satisfaction.
Major Accountabilities
Create and maintain a "Total Customer Satisfaction" culture by ensuring your team is 100% trained on the NB GUEST service model
Build and develop effective teams
Execute weekly and monthly business rhythms and tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
Uphold visual merchandising standards
Analyze market trends in tandem with District Manager to drive sales
Maintain positive employee relations and open lines of communication
Communicate with District Manager on coaching and conflict resolution
Conduct regular employee performance reviews to keep your team top notch
Promote and follow safety protocols
Requirements for Success
Must be 18 years of age or older.
3-6 years’ store management experience.
Understanding of how to develop staff through experience in staffing, coaching, counseling, etc.
Knowledge of retail operations such as sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation, and loss prevention.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays.
Physical ability: lift 4 lbs. constantly; lift maximum 8 lbs. occasionally; kneel or squat frequently; move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary); stand for extended periods of time; climb ladders occasionally; climb and descend stairs frequently (depending on location).
Forum Shops at Caesars, NV Retail Only Pay Range: $58,875.00 - $73,600.00 - $88,325.00 Annual (actual base pay varies based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
