Join Allied Universal at a professional front desk location within a financial institution, where you will greet visitors, manage access control and badge activity, monitor for security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.55 / Hour

Job Schedule:
Daytime Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location.

Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet visitors, support access control procedures, and communicate with staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or visitor needs.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through required documentation and/or communication channels.

Answer phones, manage sign-in processes, verify credentials as directed by location policies, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.

Support day-to-day front desk operations by observing the entrance area, assisting with directions, and escalating security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
