Responsibilities
Our Clinical Nurses (RN) in OP Chemotherapy independently provide care to adult patients with a focus in medical and surgical oncologic specialties such as breast, GYN, and neuroendocrine tumors. Working with a dedicated team, the RN provides evidence‑based, high‑quality care, including patient assessment and treatment, and serves as a resource for other team members.
Requirements
Must possess a high school diploma or GED
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam
BSN Preferred
RN License
Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS upon hire
Must possess one to two years of clinical nursing experience in oncology, strongly preferred
Oncology Nurse Certified (OCN) preferred, or agreement to certify within one year of hire
Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider certification within 6 months of hire
Must obtain 20 contact hours per year, fifty percent of which must be clinically focused. Academic course credits may be used on a 1:1 credit hour exchange.
Salary
Min: USD $37.75/Hr. Max: USD $67.95/Hr.

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid‑portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
