What you’ll do
Teach and demonstrate massage therapy techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, stretch, and foot reflexology, in alignment with Georgia State Board standards
Instruct students in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, pathology, and ethics
Deliver engaging lesson plans that combine classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and hands-on clinic experience
Evaluate, mentor, and support students to ensure competency, professionalism, and confidence
Maintain accurate attendance, progress, and compliance records within our student technology platform
Collaborate with fellow instructors to foster a positive, motivating, and student-focused learning environment
Qualifications
Active Georgia Massage Therapy License (required)
Minimum 3 years of professional, hands-on massage therapy experience (spa, wellness, or medical settings)
Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience preferred
Comfortable working in a technology driven environment (MS Office)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for student success and continuous learning
