We are seeking a
Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver
with behavioral care experience to provide one‑on‑one support. This role involves assisting clients with daily needs, offering companionship, and helping them maintain dignity and independence.
Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and foster meaningful connections
Assist with personal hygiene and comfort care
Support light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs
Offer transportation for outings or appointments
Provide timely medication reminders
Benefits:
Competitive base pay:
$16.75–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA)
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate:
$16.75/hour
Raises
after 60 days and annual reviews
Generous bonus after 60 days
(20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
Mileage reimbursement
between client visits
