
Slot Floor Person/Supervisor

Responsibilities
Provides cash handling service to casino patrons.
Pays and verifies jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures.
Promotes the Players Club card program; understands current card benefits and information and presents program to customers.
Communicates all customer service issues to key personnel.
Responsible for assigned casino funds and proper handling of funds exchanges.
Performs customer booth transactions.
Assists in training new personnel as needed.
Monitors work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and customer requests are addressed and resolved.
Assists patrons with general questions concerning the casino.
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent and literate in English.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Basic math and cash handling skills required, including ability to count money and make change.
Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Must have the ability to work any shift or hours as needed.
