About the Role
Opportunity to provide coverage at 2 Level III NICUs:
Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City 43‑bed NICU with an ADC of 29
Norman Regional Hospital 26‑bed NICU with an ADC of 14
Assess critically ill neonates, attend high‑risk deliveries and see well‑newborns in collaboration with a neonatologist.
Robust sub‑specialty and MFM support.
Services include HFOV and jet ventilators.
Work‑Life Balance Focused
12‑hour in‑house shifts averaging three shifts per week and every other weekend.
Collegial, Private Practice Environment
Tenured staff of 6 neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners.
Close‑knit team culture: community‑oriented setting with a private practice feel, yet backed by robust hospital resources.
