Role Overview
As a Senior AEM Content Author, you will deliver compliant and customer-centric content experiences. You will be part of a cross‑functional team responsible for building scalable, accessible digital experiences within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role requires problem‑solving, technical expertise, and a sense of ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

Author, manage, and optimize complex web content within AEM to support acquisition and retention goals.

Ensure content meets accessibility, SEO, brand, and regulatory standards in a highly regulated environment.

Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities before they impact delivery.

Troubleshoot content and rendering issues, partnering with engineering when deeper technical support is needed.

Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance throughout the content development lifecycle.

Work within an Agile team to plan, refine, and deliver content aligned to roadmap priorities.

Identify opportunities to improve authoring workflows, governance, templates, and standards.

Contribute to scalable processes that increase efficiency while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Provide guidance to junior authors and contractors, setting standards for quality.

Advocate for strong content and experience decisions.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

Demonstrated experience in a content authoring role within a complex digital environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Preferred Qualifications

An analytical individual who uses data, requirements, and constraints to inform decisions.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation and benefits will be provided. The pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $70.00 per hour. If the role converts to a permanent position, the salary will be between $130,000.00 and $150,000.00 annually.
