We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Banquet Manager to join our team. The Assistant Banquet Manager will be responsible for overseeing banquet events, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent service to our guests. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise banquet staff during events

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications

Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly prepared and maintained

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members

Assist with serving and clearing tables as needed

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet areas

Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience in banquet operations or similar role preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Food safety certification is a plus

Competitive salary of $18/hr
