Registered Nurse (RN) - Contract Position
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Shift varies between 06:00 AM - 06:30 PM, with possibilities of 06:30 AM - 07:00 PM or 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM. This position also requires being on call every 4th weekend and includes a holiday rotation every 4th holiday.
Job Description
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality patient care while adhering to established medical protocols. You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and analyze patient data.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and assist with daily living activities.
Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active and unencumbered RN license.
Current certifications as required by the state, including CPR.
Previous nursing experience preferred, especially in clinical settings.
