Role Description
The Educational Case Manager RN English/NCLEX will play a key role in supporting NCLEX candidates through individualized case management, educational planning, and resource coordination. Responsibilities include providing discharge planning guidance, offering utilization management support, and leveraging clinical nursing expertise for comprehensive case reviews. This is a full-time, on-site position located at Lehman College SCPS in Bronx, NY.
Qualifications
Strong background in Nursing and Medicine to provide professional and educational guidance
Experience in Case Management and Discharge Planning for customized resource allocation and client support
Proficiency in Utilization Management to assess and ensure appropriate use of available resources
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Active RN license and familiarity with NCLEX exam requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field is required; advanced degree is a plus
Experience in educational coaching or mentoring is an advantage
