What You'll Be Doing
You will have an active role in the Survey project and production process and begin to gain experience in project and client management. You will assist with proposal preparation and billing while ensuring that project tasks remain accurate and on schedule. This role gains experience in staff management and resource scheduling.
Once Selected To Join Our Team, You Will
Assist with the execution of project tasks such as permitting and entitlement processes
Be responsible for ensuring project tasks remain accurate and on schedule
Assist with the project financial processes
Assist in preparation of proposals
Interact with clients
Assist with overseeing the technical staff
Assist with resource scheduling for technical staff on your team
Knowledge
AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or discipline specific softwares
Skills
Basic understanding of project financial and performance metrics
Ability to manage multiple project tasks at a time
Excellent decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective problem-solving skills
Experience
Generally, 5 or more years of land survey experience
0-2 years project management experience required
0-2 years client interaction experience required
0-2 years of experience in oversight of technical staff
Education
Bachelors Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Geosciences, or related degree
