Lynn, Reading/N. Reading, East Boston
and surrounding areas
Proficient in English
Willingness to work short hour cases
Reliable transportation
Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification required

Job Responsibilities
Enhancing clients' well-being andquality of life through promoting patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, clean environments, happiness, and social engagement.
Provide directcare, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
Provide transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping as needed.
Support clients in completing activities of daily living.
Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
