Position Details
High School Teaching – Atlantic City High School, Grades 9-12.
Qualifications
Required NJ Department of Education certification: English K-12 certification or qualifying for the Limited Instructional Certification Program.
Holder of a Certificate of Eligibility must complete the 50‑hour pre‑professional experience as required by the NJ Department of Education.
Demonstrates knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods.
Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and in written English.
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
