Qualifications
Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
Active or eligible Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania
Previous outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
Maintain efficient patient flow and support daily clinic operations
Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising therapists
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Solid understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
