Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Plumber with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in Rochester, MN. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or commercial plumbing systems while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
Install, maintain, and service plumbing systems, pipes, and fixtures
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures
Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, and pricing
Complete service reports and documentation accurately
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of service plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (in good standing)
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (crawl spaces, outdoors, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Journeyman or Master Plumber license (if applicable)
Experience with both residential and commercial service work
