Overview
The Spring Coiler position is based in Beaver Dam, WI, with shifts from 6:00AM to 2:30PM and 3:00PM to 11:30PM, offering a pay range of $22.00 to $27.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Operate and set up spring coiling machines, install tooling, and ensure springs meet specifications through inspection.
Read blueprints, job orders, and instructions.
Operate lifting equipment to handle materials as needed.
Complete coil production and inspect springs for quality.
Clean machines and perform minor maintenance.
Assist less experienced operators.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in spring coiling or related manufacturing roles (e.g., setting up brake or punch presses, or manual lathes/mills).
Ability to interpret technical documents and perform basic math.
Ability to lift up to 50-100 pounds.
Work in a moderate-noise environment with the ability to stand for extended periods; requires manual dexterity and adequate vision.
