More About The Job
The
Installer
is responsible for the professional installation of stone countertops, including granite and quartz, at customer locations. This role requires physical strength, precision, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Safely lift and transport materials weighing 50+ lbs to and from job sites
Install countertops, sinks, and hardware accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with Install Coordinator, Fabrication Facility, and Install Manager to meet deadlines
Inspect completed installations and resolve any issues on‑site
Document completed work by taking and submitting photos
Perform field fabrication and repairs (chips, scratches, adjustments) as needed
Drill holes and install top‑mount and under‑mount sinks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
Follow all jobsite safety requirements and builder/contractor standards
Represent the company professionally in appearance and customer interactions
Education & Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of related industry experience preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Knowledge / Skill / Core Competencies
Strong communication skills with customers, vendors, and team members
General knowledge of granite fabrication and installation processes
Ability to read measurements, interpret layouts, and ensure precise installations
Strong attention to detail, especially with seams and color matching
Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills preferred
Experience using hand tools, polishers, and grinders
Ability to safely lift up to 200 lbs with a partner
Responsible for proper care and use of company tools and equipment
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
