What You’ll Do
Provide psychiatric case management services to adults
Deliver individual and group interventions
Assist clients in developing communication, relationship, and coping skills
Provide crisis management and support as needed
Complete assessments and assist in developing service plans
Link clients to community resources and services
Advocate for clients and support access to needed services
Monitor progress and provide ongoing support
Deliver services in homes, schools, and community settings
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency standards
Participate in team meetings to support a collaborative care approach
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with adults, families, and/or groups with behavioral health needs
Experience with or understanding of:
Trauma‑informed care
Crisis intervention
Family systems approaches
Strong organizational, time‑management, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in community‑based settings
Ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals
Knowledge of or familiarity with community resources (Ashland County preferred)
Strong commitment to client rights and ethical practice
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience in case management or behavioral health
Also Considered
High School Diploma with relevant experience
Requirements
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance
Ability to travel locally and provide services in the community
Successful completion of background check, driving record check, and drug screening
