Job Overview
We are searching for Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team. You will be instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit, ensuring residents receive a high standard of care, supervising clinical staff, providing guidance and education, fostering a positive inclusive culture, maintaining infection prevention practices, and ensuring adequate staffing.
Responsibilities
Assist with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, provide guidance and education to clinical staff, assist with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained, and ensure adequate staffing for residents’ needs.
Qualifications
Minimum required: an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
