Compensation and Benefits
Competitive pay ranging from $42.00 to $48.00 per hour based on experience, with shift differentials for PRN, part‑time, evening, night, weekend and holiday schedules. Additional benefits include health, dental, vision, short‑term disability, company‑paid life insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan with an employer match, and the ability to advance pay up to 50% of an earned paycheck before the pay date.

Available full‑time and part‑time positions include: Full Time 7:00 am–7:30 pm, Part Time Day, Full Time Evening, Full Time 3 pm–3:30 am, Full Time Night, and rotating weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure required
Active CPR certification required
Previous leadership experience preferred
One year of experience in a geriatric or long‑term care setting preferred
Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
Responsibilities and Expectations
Plan, direct, and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Perform resident assessments
Participate in daily resident rounding
Provide supervision to nursing staff
Assist with insertion and maintenance of IV therapies for residents
