Child Life Specialist – Liberty Campus
Location:
Liberty Campus, 7777 Yankee Road, Liberty Township OH 45044
Employment Status:
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, 1.0 FTE
Schedule:
Tuesday‑Friday, primarily day shift with one evening component (shift differential \$4.00/hr on qualified hours).
Minimal weekend coverage required: one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every 8 weeks (\$5.00/hr weekend differential).
2‑3 holidays required per year (time and a half plus applicable shift and/or weekend differentials).
Pay:
Annualized starting pay \$53,705.60; can increase based on experience.
Expected pay range \$53,705.60 – \$67,142.40.

30 days of paid time off accrued per year; unused PTO rolls over.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Completion of a child life internship under the supervision of a certified CLS.
Must be Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) within one year of hire.
