What You’ll Do
Perform HVAC maintenance on residential systems
Clean, inspect, and tune-up equipment the RIGHT way
Catch issues early and recommend solutions (no pressure selling)
Educate homeowners so they trust you—not just the company
Keep your truck clean, stocked, and ready
What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years HVAC experience (or strong mechanical background)
Willing to learn and improve every day
Good with customers (you don’t need to be a salesperson)
Clean driving record + reliable
Reality Check

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
