The Work
Work with a team of engineers, designers, and drafters
Set up drawings for engineers and designers to work from
Draft mark ups from engineers and designers
Print PDFs
Post and send out projects to clients
All other tasks assigned
The Skills
Ability to read construction documents
AutoCAD
Revit
BIM 360
Navis Works
Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word & Excel
The Qualifications
2-years of experience in the MEP industry
Licensed to drive in CA
The Work Environment
Hybrid 2-days a week in office
Flexible hours with start times between 7:00am-9:00am each day
Fast-paced environment that requires collaboration across departments

The Compensation
$75,000-100,000 depending on experience
The Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently sits at a desk, working on a keyboard or mouse.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
Must be able to climb ladders and survey construction sites.
Occasionally moves objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
