About the Job
We are searching for a PT Medical Sonographer (Ultrasound Technician) to join our innovative wellness program and work in our Katy Wellness and Sugar Lakes clinics. The Ultrasound Technician will perform echocardiographic exams, screening of all arterial and venous, upper and lower extremities, and screening of thyroid, aorta, and renal exams. Screening and Diagnostic exams may be performed.
Essential Functions
Perform patient exams.
Carotid ultrasound.
Thyroid ultrasound.
Aortic aneurysm screening.
Kidney ultrasound.
Echocardiogram (training will be provided).
Submission of high-quality images and documents.
Enter and maintain accurate electronic patient records.
Ensure patient rooms are clean, sterilized, safe, and organized with adequate supplies and well-functioning equipment.
Communicate with patients, helping each understand the screening process.
Deliver compassionate patient care and customer satisfaction.
Precise, Professional Communication with management team.
Education and Experience
2+ years experience.
Certified Medical Sonographer.
Preferred: Registered Vascular Technician or Vascular Ultrasound Technician.
Must be willing to train on Echocardiography.
Accountability.
Attention to detail.

Pay Range
From $34.00-$40.00 per hour.
Expected Hours
Varies: 16 – 32 hours per week.
Schedule
Day shift.
Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays).
Experience
Sonography: 2 years (Required).
License/Certification
ARRT Certification (Preferred).
Ability to Commute
Katy and Sugar Land, TX.
Reliable transportation (required).
Willingness to travel
20% (Preferred).
