We are actively seeking talented Couples/Family Licensed Therapists in the Avon, IN area who are passionate about patient care and committed to excellence.
What we offer Therapists
Flexible schedules – create your own schedule and have full autonomy over your caseload
Top compensation up to $84,000 – $107,000/year, no cap, plus annual cash bonus incentive
Sign‑on bonus!
100% outpatient – no nights, weekends, or hospital calls
Hybrid options: Telemedicine & in‑person care

Requirements
Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
This is a Hybrid Role.
Compensation model based on productivity.
