Your Role as Clinical Manager (RN)
Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff
Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and regulatory standards
Review documentation for accuracy and quality (including OASIS)
Monitor patient outcomes and drive performance improvements
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Coach clinicians for professional growth and clinical excellence
Ensure agency policies and standards are consistently followed

Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar)
At least 1 year of skilled home health experience
OASIS proficiency required
Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Ability to travel locally as needed
