About the Position
We are looking for an intern to join the ScholarLead.com team for an 8-week internship in the summer of 2026. This position will be at least 20 hours per week, based in our Downtown Denver office, and pay $20/ hour.
Responsibilities
Draft and launch engaging email and text messages to interested parents for schools across the country
Establish and maintain biweekly/monthly outreach messages to interested parents
Assist in calculating and monitoring conversion rates from interested parents → enrolled students
Assist in monitoring and managing AI call and dialer software
Research and stay up to date on best practices for conversion
Assist on various data projects to streamline interested parent data for schools.
Regularly analyze and highlight areas where schools can increase their conversions
Assist in the onboarding process of new schools
You would be an ideal candidate if you:
Are detail-oriented and able to multitask
Are passionate about making a difference in education at that micro and macro level
Are eager to learn all of the inner workings of a tech enabled agency
Are agile and able to shift between different projects with ease
Are self-motivated and open to learning new things
Have great organizational skills using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Have experience with Excel
Have basic coding knowledge
Are able to work independently and in a team environment
Self-motivated and results-driven
Have a great sense of humor
