Overnght: Administrative Assistant or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
Full-time Tuesday - Friday 8:00PM to 6:30AM (1/2 hour meal break)
$19.29 - $20/hr. plus shift differential for non-traditional hours
We've pioneered a revolutionary approach to methadone treatment by introducing our 24-hour intake model. This will be the second DRG clinic to provide this service.
Responsibilities
Welcome and provide engagement and orientation to incoming patients including review of overall program philosophy and operations.
Maintains and ensures confidentiality of all patients information.
This is a computer-focused position requiring proficiency in multiple databases, including EMR, Central Registry, and Medical Billing systems. Intermediate to expert abilities and knowledge Google Workspace. The role is critical in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy clinic, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service.
Other job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phones, forwarding calls to appropriate staff, and taking messages as needed.
Responding to phone and in-person inquiries about intake and transfer procedures.
Facilitating the intake process
Collecting patient fees,
Maintaining appropriate boundaries in all contact with patients.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data and patient identities.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Occasionally involving light work: exerting up to 20 pounds of force and/or lifting up to 20 pounds.
Attends and participates in formal and informal staff meetings, and addresses patients and program issues.
Maintains a work environment that is marked by respect for others; that values inclusiveness, and that fosters cooperation and teamwork.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
