Perform all functions necessary to provide Members and Guest of Copley Healthplex outdoor tennis with superior customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high quality customer service to all club members and guests
Secure the outdoor tennis courts usage for Copley members and paid guest and insure that the appropriate court fees have been paid when applicable through Club automation.
Communicate with Manager on Duty, Front Desk, Maintenance and Housekeeping personal when necessary.
Follow daily maintenance schedule to insure that the outdoor Tennis courts, the surrounding area and buildings are in an orderly and neat appearance at all times.
Follow court closing procedures when applicable and insure that all Healthplex property has been secured in a proper fashion and ready for the next day usage.
