Las Vegas Foot & Ankle is dedicated to helping people of all ages and lifestyles get back to enjoying the activities they love. We have 4 convenient locations across Henderson and Las Vegas.

We are looking for a Patient Services Representative to answer a high volume of calls, provide excellent customer service, and support the practices.

Responsibilities

Ability to float between Gibson and Horizon Ridge

Answers a high volume of calls and schedules appointments for all patients with a high degree of accuracy

Communicates clearly on the phone and accurately documents and assigns messages

Confirms and updates contact information for all patients at every contact

Makes follow-up calls for any messages left

Documents appointment visit status, including rescheduled, cancelled, confirmed, left voice message, or any other status appropriately

Delivers all communications with excellent customer service

Be courteous and professional for all patient interactions

Routes calls to appropriate staff for swift resolution

Requirements

Strong computer skills, including basic keyboarding skills

Ability to navigate through patient records systems

Ability to analyze situations, prioritize, develop solutions, and make recommendations

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Excellent customer service and communication skills over the telephone

Ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with patients

Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills

Knowledge of medical practice terminology

Patient‑focused with the ability to work independently

Capability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Ability to reliably commute to our Kirkland, Renton, and Everett offices

Education and Experience

Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience in fast paced scheduling or call center

1+ years of customer service experience

Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare position preferred – but willing to train the right individual!

Good verbal and written communication skills
