Join our team working within our Safe Patient Family Centered Care model. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an integral part of our health care team.
For a limited time, MaineHealth offers sign‑on bonuses for CNAs: $2,500 for candidates with 0‑1 year of experience (full‑time) and $4,000 for those with 1+ year of experience (full‑time). Bonuses are pro‑rated for part‑time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth members and former members who separated less than six months ago are ineligible.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week, night shift.

Role Responsibilities
The Certified Nursing Assistant – Long Term Care assists in the administration of nursing care to designated residents under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications: Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
Experience: Relevant experience preferred.
