Position
Part Time Caregiver
– $19.06 per hour.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license for at least 1 year after permit period.
Clean motor vehicle record meeting Sevita’s insurability policy.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferably six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
Must have reliable registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
Skills: communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, time‑management.
Behaviors: patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
Responsibilities
Assist individuals with personal hygiene.
Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
Build meaningful relationships and advocate for participants’ growth and community involvement.
Help participants pursue developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Take initiative to involve participants in community activities.
