About This Role
Practice at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction, CO.
The Palliative Service is open Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, with no call.
Your schedule will be on an as needed basis.
Play a critical role on a busy service with around eight consults a day.
Work closely with local hospice agencies, including one with a 13‑bed inpatient unit when needed.
Make a significant and powerful impact on patients and their families during times of need.
Compensation
PRN Rate: $148.00 per on‑site hour.
What You’ll Bring
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine.
Board certification or eligibility in Palliative Medicine.
Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one.
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
