Responsibilities
Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
Deliver physical therapy services and monitor progress.
Teach patients and caregivers skills for independence and productivity.
Collaborate with peers, make appropriate referrals, and support team efforts.
Work in facility settings and report to the Director of Rehabilitation.
Help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.
Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent degree; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience.
Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent.
Salary range: USD $40.00 - $43.00 per hour.
