Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Manager, based in Port St. Lucie, FL. At Parx Home Health Care, our Clinical Managers are more than leaders—they arepartners in care, outcomes, and experience. The Clinical Manager (RN) plays a critical role in guiding the day-to-day clinical operations of a skilled home health agency, ensuring every patient receives thoughtful, high-quality, and coordinated care.This role leads a team of clinicians, supports strong clinical decision-making, and ensures care delivery aligns with Parx standards, regulatory expectations, and the needs of the patients and families we serve. The Clinical Manager is instrumental in driving outcomes, strengthening documentation practices, and creating a consistent, 10/10 patient experience.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
Home health experience with strong knowledge of regulations and clinical operations
Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong understanding of OASIS, documentation standards, and compliance requirements
Experience with EMR systems (experience with KanTime preferred)
Ability to lead with both accountability and compassion
